"Eine Kleine Mozart" in March

Our Soloists

The Eribeth Chamber Players is an ensemble of musicians residing in the Hudson Valley and Capital District. The founding core of the group, violinist Elizabeth Silver, cellist Erica Pickhardt and pianist Kristen Tuttman have all performed widely as soloists and ensemble players. Collectively, they are members of the Albany Symphony Orchestra, Schenectady Orchestra, Hudson Valley Philharmonic and Glimmerglass Opera Orchestra, to name a few. As soloists they have appeared with the Albany Symphony, the Siena College Orchestra, Schenectady Symphony Orchestra, St. Cecilia Orchestra and the Lake George Chamber Orchestra. In addition to traditional chamber music concerts the Eribeth Chamber Players specialize in innovative educational programming for children and are on the faculties of Berkshire Music School and Emma Willard School in Troy, NY.

The Eribeth Chamber Players, an ensemble of fluid instrumentation, will be augmented in this concert to include another violinist, a violist and bassist to accompany Ars Choralis and perform Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik”.

Soprano soloist Amy Martin, a frequent soloist with Ars Choralis, has her degree from Crane School of Music in Potsdam, New York.  A seasoned performer in musical theater, Amy is currently the choral director at Haviland Middle School in Hyde Park.

Tenor soloist Matthew Ulrich holds degrees from Ithaca College and New York University. He has sung numerous solos with Ars Choralis and can be heard on Bar Scott’s CD, “Liturgy”. In addition to singing, Matthew is a trombone player and performs frequently with the Woodstock Chamber Orchestra and various ensembles throughout the area.

Flutist Lynn Peck received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Education from West Chester University and Ithaca College, respectively. She is a member of the Woodstock Chamber Orchestra, teaches flute in her home studio and teaches elementary school music in the Ellenville Central School District.
